TNE #4 Adjutants is a ministry of service. A group of God fearing men and women serving with good conduct, character and behavior. Our common goal is "Sanctify the leaders in the eyes of the people", perform our duties with integrity, honesty and courtesy.
The Adjutancy in our Jurisdiction is a service ministry with our jurisdictional Bishop servicing as Commander-in-Chief. The Chief Adjutant is the leader of the Corp of Adjutants and serves as aide or assistant to our Jurisdictional Bishop. The Jurisdictional Chief Adjutant has a group of men and women serving under him.

Superintendent Dennis Burks, Chief Adjutant - TNE4
Superintendent Dennis Burks is a native of Dallas, Texas. He matriculated through the Dallas Independent School District. He graduated from the South Oak Cliff High School in the year of 1986. He continued his education at Cedar Valley Community College and the Arts Institute of Dallas. Superintendent Burks is the Co-founder of Protecting Our Children Outreach Ministry, Protecting Our Children Tutoring Program and owner of D'nice Fashion Consulting.
Superintendent Dennis Burks accepted Christ as his Lord and savior at an early age and was baptized and filled with the Holy Ghost at the age of 12. He's an active member of the Straightway Pentecostal Cathedral Church Of God In Christ. He is an ordained Superintendent and also serves as the Administrative assistant to his Pastor Superintendent T. L. Walker. He also serves as the choir Director, praise team member, Brotherhood President, works with the event planning committee and finance department of his local church.
Superintendent Burks also served in the district and state in the capacity of The Evangelist department where he was president of the South Dallas District and Music Coordinator for the Evangelism Department of The Texas Northeast First Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction, where The Late Bishop J. Neaul Haynes was The Presiding prelate and general board member emeritus.
In July 2015, Superintendent Burks received his certification from the National Adjutancy Corps of the Church Of God In Christ, Inc. He serves as Chief Adjutant of the Texas Northeast Fourth Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction where Bishop Nathiel D. Wells is Presiding Prelate.
Superintendent Dennis Burks, is an active member of the PTA of the Danny Jones Middle School and a member of the dad's club called "Watch Dogs" in the Mansfield Independent School District.
Superintendent Burks, is married to the lovely District Missionary Genize Walker Burks his soul mate and ministry partner. They resides in Mansfield, Texas and have three beautiful and talented children: Kameica, Jurmerline, and Dennis II and two handsome sons Anthony Gardner and Tyeskie Randle. And a proud grandfather of a beautiful granddaughter Juriah Randle.
In Superintendent Burks rare moments of spare time, he enjoys reading, organizing, decorating, shopping, dining out, architectural designing , fashion consulting and love spending quality time with his family.
