AUXILIARIES IN MINISTRY

SUPERINTENDENT CHARLES D. JONES

Chairman

Pastor Charles D. Jones is a man who is actively chasing after the heart of God. Vision, purpose, prayer and the pursuit of excellence describes CDJONESMINISTRIES. He is the senior pastor and founder of the New Creation Fellowship Church of God in Christ, His mission is to be a true representative of Christ in the church, local community and abroad; providing spiritual increase and empowerment to the total man; To influence the culture and mindsets of men and women everywhere that they may overcome the struggles of everyday hardships, and be able to walk as Kingdom Citizens, living sanctified and prosperous lives. Through knowledge, understanding, proclamation and application of God’s Word, the captive are set free and reconciled to God by the charismatic preaching of Jones. New Creation Fellowship was birthed on February 6, 2011, out of Pastor Jones’ deep concern for family, friends and community. The church is progressive and God is manifesting Himself through the evidence of signs, wonders and rapid ministry growth.

Pastor Jones is 41 years old and was called to the ministry at age 23. He completed his undergraduate studies with a Bachelor’s Degree from Texas Christian University and later matriculated through the North Texas Institute for Ministerial Education, receiving licensure as an Ordained Elder of the Churches of God in Christ Worldwide. He has current aspirations of obtaining a Master’s in Theology.

His ministry began under the leadership of his grandfather and mentor, Supt. Ray Lee Smith of the Greater Rose Hill Church of God in Christ in Terrell, Texas, where he served faithfully for 11 years.

While Jones’ ministry is still young, CDJONESMINISTRIES is quickly becoming a recognized force at the local and national level, as the demands of an uncompromising word for a dying world has increased.

Pastor C.D. Jones and Elect Lady Jennifer Jones have been married for 18 years and God has blessed their union with 5 beautiful daughters (Katelyn, Kylah, KaLeah, Kendall and Charlize), who are actively engaged in the work of the ministry.

Ultimately, Jones is a servant and feels the need to exemplify with all humility the attributes of Christ in all endeavors, knowing that “God resists the proud, but gives grace unto the humble.” James 4:6
