President
Victor E. Hendrix, Jr. is the Senior Pastor of New Covenant Worship Church. A native of Dallas, TX, Pastor Hendrix has served diligently in ministry since his youth. He is married to Mrs. Shuntay Hendrix of Dallas, TX and they are blessed with three wonderful children.
Pastor Hendrix believes in the transformative power of the Holyghost and with God’s anointing he ministers to people to experience the fullness of the Holy Spirit’s power through redemption, restoration, revelation and demonstration. Pastor Hendrix is committed to winning souls for Christ and uses preaching to provide God’s divine Word to address matters important to salvation, human existence and for practical application.
Pastor Hendrix is also a gifted musician, singer and teacher. The anointing and experience has gifted him with an ability to help the young, new Christians and those seasoned in Christ to prepare for, adapt to and experience transformation spiritually, economically, professionally, and socially in accordance to our Lord.
Chairlady Shanece Wells has been working with the youth at her church Strong Arms Church of God in Christ for over 17 years and has been the Youth Coordinator for 7 years. Chairlady Wells has a "Think Big" mentality and believes that Mediocrity Is Not an Option. She creates and promotes unusual youth services every 2nd Sunday. Every youth Sunday, Chairlady Wells passionately organizes the services that not only get the youth involved, but adults as well.
In the split second that Chairlady Wells is not thinking about church and the youth, she is enjoying time with her incredible husband, Elder Mario Wells. Together they have 1 beautiful daughter, and 4 handsome sons. Chairlady Wells served in the military for 8 years and has a degree in Business and Human Resource with a certification in Human Services. She is a woman who believes in giving her all to every area of ministry she participates in and she does so with class and virtue.
